Fineline provide competitively priced, quality controlled quantitative Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) fieldwork. We work with both research agencies and end clients on diverse CATI requirements - from ad-hoc projects through to continuous tracking studies – delivering on time and to budget.

Our clients span a broad range of industries including financial services, automotive, utilities, water, retail, construction, FMCG & Sport. We also provide support to some of the largest market research agencies in the UK as well as smaller agencies who don’t have in-house CATI capabilities.

Our in-house CATI unit is operated by specialist interviewers with strong expertise in B2B and consumer interviews. The unit is easily and quickly scalable dependent upon demand.

The unit is ISO 9001:2015 accredited and we are working towards achieving Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) certification.

Quality is fundamental to our approach – 10% of all interviewers’ work is back-checked and our call monitoring system allows continual checks on key measures. All projects are monitored real-time to allow immediate identification of problems and course-correction.
